ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE | |
2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 can asparagus tips 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 hard boiled egg (chopped) 1 c. butter melted 1/2 pkg. potato chips Mix cheese and cracker crumbs. Put a layer of mixture in bottom of casserole. Put a a layer of asparagus with egg and celery on top of it. Repeat until all is used. Pour mushroom soup with liquid of asparagus over all and sprinkle with potato chips crushed. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350°F 20 to 30 minutes. |
