CHUNKY BEEF NOODLES 
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sour cream or 1 pkg. sour cream mix
2 c. cooked noodles
2 tsp. paprika (optional)
1 can chunky beef soup

In saucepan brown mushrooms and cook onions in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stir occasionally. Makes about 3 cups.
