1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained well)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can water chestnuts (chopped)
1 pkg. Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix
1 round loaf of bread (preferably rye or sour dough)

Mix all ingredients together one hour before serving.

Cut off top of round loaf of bread. Scoop out and fill with vegetable mixture. Serve with scooped out bread, cut into cubes.

Note: Lipton Onion Soup Mix can be used instead of the Knorr.
