BEST PECAN TARTS 
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix and divide into 4 parts. Divide each part into 12 balls. Press each ball into small muffin tins.

FILLING:

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt

Into uncooked pastry shell, put filling (3/4 full). Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Can be made ahead and frozen. Top with whipped cream.
