CHOCOLATE ECLAIR RING 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

2 pkgs. (3 3/4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
2 1/3 c. milk
8 oz. pkg. Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. milk (maybe little more)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring water and butter to a boil. Add cup flour and stir with fork. Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Place in a ring on an ungreased pizza pan and bake at 400 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Cool. Slice in 1/2 through the middle and fill with filling. Frost. Refrigerate. Filling Mix pudding and milk. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Frosting Melt chocolate and butter. Add powdered sugar, milk and vanilla. Drizzle over top of ring.
