CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
Graham crackers
2 box instant french vanilla pudding mix
8 oz Cool Whip
1/3 C cocoa
1/4 C milk
1 C sugar
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a 9 x 13 dish place a layer of graham crackers. Mix instant pudding by box directions. Stir in Cool Whip. Pour half on layer of crackers, another layer of crackers ending with filling. In sauce pot mix cocoa, milk & sugar. Bring to a boil and cook 1 minute. Then stir in butter & vanilla. Remove from heat. Let it get cold, then spread over filling.
