CANTALOUPE MOUSSE 
1/3 ripe, med. cantaloupe, seeded, pared and cut up
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. whipping cream
2 egg whites
1/3 c. sugar
2 c. fresh cantaloupe balls for garnish, mint leaves may be used also

Blend in a blender. Pour into mold and chill until set.
