CHEESEBURGER PIZZA 
2 pkg. (7 1/2 oz. each) refrigerated biscuits
12 oz. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup-sauce
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 can (8 oz.) tomatoes, drained & cut up
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease cookie sheet or 12 inch pizza pan. Pat biscuits into 12 inch round. Bake 10 minutes.

In skillet, cook beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, mustard and hot pepper sauce. Heat through.

Spread beef mixture over biscuits to within 1/2 inch of edge. Top with remaining ingredients. Bake 5 minutes or until biscuits are golden. Garnish with pickle chips if desired. Makes 6 servings.
