STRAWBERRY YUM YUM 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Pat into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Then crumble and divide crumbs with 1/2 crumbs in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan and 1/2 on top of strawberry mixture.

STRAWBERRY MIXTURE:

2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (only partially thawed
1 pkg. instant whipped topping - Dream Whip or med. Cool Whip

(You can use two 10 ounce packages to make it more strawberry).

Beat mixture of egg whites, sugar, lemon juice and strawberries for 15-20 minutes. Fold in whipped topping - pour into pan of crumbs, sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze.
