GLAZED POTATOES 
1-1 1/2 lb. sm. round potatoes, peeled & boiled
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. butter

Melt sugar over low heat in frying pan until light brown and lump-free, stirring constantly. Do not brown sugar too much. Remove pan from heat. Add butter and stir until melted. Add potatoes and shake pan over low heat until potatoes are nicely brown. Serve hot with meat dishes. Makes 4 servings.
