SESAME CHICKEN 
3/4 lg. bottle Kikkoman soy sauce
Same amt. of water
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame seeds, browned and crushed
1/4 c. any white liquor (wine, vodka or tequilla or sake)

Bone and skin raw chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces. Marinate in sauce 4 to 5 hours or more. Flour and deep fry until golden brown.
