TEAM FLAKES 'N RAISIN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
2 tbsp. Planter's oil
1 1/2 c. TEAM flakes (coarsely crushed)
1/3 c. dark seedless raisins

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 12 (2 1/2 x 1 1/4 inch) muffin-pan cups. Combine flour, sugar and baking powder; combine milk, egg, oil and vanilla extract; add to flour mixture, stirring just until combined. Stir in TEAM flakes crumbs and raisins; fill muffin-pan cups 2/3 full.

Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm. Makes 12 muffins.
