SAUSAGE STUFF 
1 1/2 lb. Italian sausage
1 lg. onion
6-8 hot peppers
Mushrooms
1 lg. jar Prego chunky style
1/4 c. oil
Season to taste with spices

Cut peppers in 1-inch pieces. Brown onion and peppers in oil until tender. Cut sausage in 3-4 inch pieces. Put in oil with peppers and onions; brown until cooked through. Add Prego and mushrooms. Simmer for 45 minutes. Season to taste. Serve over Rigatoni noodles.
