POTATOES AU GRAUTIN 
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes (O'Brians are good)
1 pt. sour cream
1 sm. onion
1/2 stick butter, melted

TOPPING:

1/2 stick butter, melted (less works o.k.)
1/2 to 1 c. Grape Nuts

Defrost potatoes and mix with butter, soup, sour cream, onions, and cheese. Put into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For topping, melt butter and mix with Grape Nuts. Sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake 15 minutes more.
