PEANUT BRITTLE 
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. salted peanuts
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Cook over medium heat the syrup, molasses, sugar and butter until well blended. Stir in peanuts and boil to 280 degrees soft crack stage. Stir in soda and pour into buttered pan. Cool and break up.
