EASY NOODLES AND BROCCOLI 
6 tbsp. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 bunch broccoli, cut into 2x1 inch pieces
1 sm. clove garlic, minced
2 3/4 c. water
1 sm. onion, minced
2 chicken flavored bouillon cubes

In 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook noodles, broccoli and garlic until noodles and broccoli are coated with butter, stirring frequently.

Add water and bouillon; over high heat, heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium- low; cover and cook until noodles and broccoli are tender and all liquid is absorbed; about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes 8 servings. 195 calories per serving.
