CHICKEN PICANTE 
1 tbsp. butter
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 c. mild Pace Picante sauce
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. sour cream, or to taste

Saute chicken in butter until white, do not brown. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken. Simmer on low for 10 minutes. Serve with biscuits.
