MARBLE SWIRL POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
3 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/2 c. cocoa

Grease 10 inch pan. Beat sugar and butter. Add flour and remaining ingredients except cocoa. Remove about 2 1/2 cups batter to medium bowl. With wire whisk add cocoa to batter. Spoon vanilla and chocolate batters into prepared pan. Cut and twist through batter with spoon for marble effect. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool pan 10 minutes.
