TACO SALAD 
1 head chopped lettuce
1 bunch green onions, finely chopped
4 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
1 (5 1/2 oz.) bag taco chips, broken
12 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1 (15 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 lb. ground beef, browned and hot flavored with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) bottle Thousand Island dressing

Mix all together in large bowl. Good with Jiffy corn muffins.
