QUICK PEACH CRISP 
1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, softened

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange peaches in square pan, 8"x8"x2". Mix baking mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter with fork; sprinkle over peaches. Bake until light brown, about 20 minutes. Serve with ice cream if desired.
