1 lg. can bite size pineapple, grapes, bananas, fruit cocktail, drained thoroughly 1 c. small bits marshmallows Mix fruit and bits; place in ice box to cool all day. Add one cup boiling water plus 1 cup fruit juice (fruit will make up balance of liquid) to 2 packages lemon or other flavor Jello. Let Jello almost congeal. Add 1 cup sour cream to fruit or to Jello. Place fruit and Jello in mold to finish congealing. Can add flake coconut if desired. Serves 8-10. |
