CHOCOLATE PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. white cake mix 1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding 1/2 c. orange juice 1/2 c. water 4 eggs 1/2 c. oil 3/4 c. chocolate syrup Mix thoroughly the first 6 ingredients. Pour 3/4 cup of batter into a greased and floured Bundt pan. Add chocolate syrup to remaining batter and mix. Pour this over first batter in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove and glaze. GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 1 tbsp. butter 2 to 3 tbsp. milk or water Ashby |
