CHERRY CRISP 
FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. cherries

Combine cherries and above ingredients into saucepan and cook until thick, remove from heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons butter, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring. Put into deep baking dish.

CRUST:

2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk

Mix together and spoon on top of cherry mixture. Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
