CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 lb. bag frozen hash browns, partially thawed
Onion, salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in casserole dish. Stir in soup, sour cream, 1 cup Cheddar cheese, onion, seasoning and hash browns. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
