MEATBALLS IN WINE 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 env. Mushroom Gravy Mix
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sherry
3/4 c. sour cream

Combine ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs, and 2 tablespoons of dry gravy mix. Shape into 22 meatballs, brown lightly and drain off excess fat. Keep warm on a platter.

Combine remaining gravy mix, orange juice and sherry with pan drippings. Simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Return meatballs to skillet. Heat.
