PEPPERONI PIE 
1 can crescent rolls
1 3/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1/2 lb. hard pepperoni, diced
3 eggs, well beaten
Salt & pepper

Make crust from the rolls in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix together remaining ingredients and fill pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut in 1-inch squares after cooling slightly, about 15 minutes.
