SPANISH RICE 
1 c. white rice
4 chicken bouillon
1 tomato or 1/4 c. tomato sauce
1 sm. onion
2 garlic cloves
2 c. water
1 tbsp. camino or cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Vegetable oil

Pour oil into skillet to cover bottom of pan. Add rice and brown over low heat. Add remaining ingredients into blender, whip well and pour onto rice. Cover, do not stir and simmer, until dry.
