SPANISH RICE & BEEF 
3/4 lb. ground beef
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 c. water
1 pkg. (10 oz.) sweet corn or mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. BLAIR oregano
1/2 tsp. BLAIR garlic powder
1/8 tsp. BLAIR black pepper
1/2 tsp. BLAIR chili powder
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice

Brown meat in large skillet. Add tomatoes, water, corn (or mixed vegetables) and seasonings. Bring to a boil and cook about 2 minutes. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 4 servings.
