ELECTRIC SKILLET PEANUT BUTTER
FUDGE
 
2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. marshmallow cream
1 (12 oz.) jar peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Set electric skillet at 340 degrees. Add sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Stir until mixture comes to a boil. Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Turn off skillet.

Add marshmallow cream, peanut butter and vanilla. Stir until marshmallow and peanut butter melt and blend into candy. Pour into lightly buttered 8 inch square pan. Cool and cut into squares. Makes 2 pounds.
