"CHOCOLATE PARTY CAKE" 
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. self-rising flour
1 (16 oz.) can Hershey's chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme

Cream butter and gradually add sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour, chocolate syrup, vanilla and nuts. Bake 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degree oven. Leave cake in pan. While warm, spread top with marshmallow creme. Spread frosting over the marshmallow creme.

FROSTING:

1 c. butter (2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. canned milk

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a hard boil. Boil 1 minute and remove from heat. Beat 9 minutes with electric mixer. Spread over marshmallow creme. May need to cook 2 or 3 minutes instead of one.
