FIESTA TACO DIP 
A fiery appetizer that pleases all crowds.

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. cumin
1 head lettuce, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1 bunch scallions, chopped
1 jar sliced olives (green)
1 jar salsa (any hotness you prefer)
1 block cheddar cheese, shredded
With mixer, cream the cream cheese, sour cream and cumin. Spread across
the bottom of a 13"x9" pan. (A smaller pan can be used to get a thicker
dip.) Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.Spread salsa across cream cheese mixture. Layer chopped tomatoes (with
pulp removed to keep it from getting watery), chopped scallions, lettuce,
olives and shredded cheddar cheese. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy.
