CHOCOLATE CAKE 
18 1/2 oz. pkg. dark chocolate cake mix
4 1/2 oz. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
8 oz. container sour cream
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. lukewarm water
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl, mix the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, water, and eggs. Beat with mixer, medium speed, about 5 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Turn into a greased 12 cup fluted pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until a cake tester inserted in center comes out clean, 1 hour. Place on wire rack to cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, or whip cream, or ice cream.
