BROCCOLI CRESCENT CRUST SALAD 
1 roll of refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 packet powdered buttermilk dressing mix
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 lg. tomato, chopped
Other fresh vegetables if you prefer
1 c. shredded cheese of your choice

Spread roll of crescent crust dough in bottom of an 8 x 10 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool. Mix together mayonnaise, cream cheese and dressing mix. Spread mixture on baked crust. Top with raw broccoli, tomatoes, etc., and shredded cheese. Serves 8-10.
