BEST EVER BANANA CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. (2 or 3) very ripe, mashed bananas
1/2 c. sour cream or yogurt
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt

Cream the butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add bananas and sour cream. Sift remaining ingredients together; add to make batter. Butter and flour bundt pan; pour in batter. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 50 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Turn out on rack.

Optional: Add 3/4 cup walnuts into batter before baking.
