4 c. cooked, diced or shredded chicken
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 or more c. whole Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Mix cooked chicken, soup, and sour cream together. Place in a large shallow baking dish (13 x 6 inch or so is great). Crush the Ritz crackers. Melt the butter in a skillet over medium or low heat. Brown the Ritz crackers in the butter. This only takes a couple of minutes once the butter is melted - the crackers burn easily. Place on top of chicken mixture. Cook at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes - until bubbly. Serves 3-4.
