CAESAR SALAD 
2 heads Romaine lettuce or 1 Romaine and 1 spinach
3-5 cloves garlic, chopped and pressed
3/4 c. olive oil (or more)
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 pkg. croutons
2-3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
Parmesan cheese

Add chopped garlic to oil; stir well. Let stand for several hours. Just before serving, combine egg, salt, pepper, Worcestershire, and lemon juice with garlic and oil. Mix together. Add Parmesan cheese to oil to make a pasty sauce.

In pan heat butter with croutons and lightly brown. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Pour oil mixture over warm croutons and salad.
