TORTELLINI SALAD 
6 tbsp. oil
Juice from 1 lemon
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tbsp. dried basil
Red wine vinegar to taste
Salt & pepper to taste
16 oz. pkg. frozen cheese
Tortellini, cooked & drained
2 green peppers, thinly sliced
1 red pepper, thinly sliced
1 (8 oz.) pitted black olives, sliced
1 (7 oz.) green stuffed olives, sliced
1 sm. can garbanzo beans, drained

Blend well oil, lemon, mustard, garlic, basil, red wine vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss together with the remaining ingredients. Chill.
