EASY BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
1 cup crumbled cooked bacon (16slices give or take)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (I used sharp)
1/2 cup diced white onion
5 eggs
1 cup milk or half & half

Mix in a box hash browns, onion, cheese, and bacon In a different bowl mix eggs and milk until completely mixed In a oven-proof dish or casserole bowl put hash brown mix at bottom then pour egg mixture on top, do not stir together.

Place covered in refrigerator overnight. Cook next morning for 1 1/2 hours on 350°F, you can tell it's done when top middle is firm.
