LINDA'S HAM CASSEROLE 
4-5 potatoes, cooked and peeled
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
2 c. ham (cubed)
Paprika
Salt
Pepper
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Grate cooled potatoes (do not slice). In a greased 2 quart casserole dish layer 1/2 potatoes and onion, all of the broccoli, them ham, then rest of the potatoes and onions. Salt and pepper. Top with cheese. Pour cream all over top of casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 4 minutes.
