A SPECIAL MUSHROOM CASSEROLE 
6-8 slices bacon, microwaved & drained
1 thin sweet onion slice (or 2 tbsp. thinly sliced green onion)
3 garlic cloves finely minced (or 3/8 tsp. garlic powder) saute with onion in 1/8 c. butter until clear
12 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms, cleaned (do not wash) saute in 1/8 c. butter

Combine all above ingredients. Add over low heat to melt and blend. 1 sm. plain Cheez Whiz (or 1/2 sm. jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese 1/4 c. dried parsley 5 tbsp. to 1/2 c. Red Burgundy Wine or Cooking Sherry, enough to make it stirable but thick, stir gently until blended

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
