BEEF-TOMATO SKILLET 
4 beef cube steaks, cut in strips
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. water
1 env. beef-flavored mushroom soup mix
1 med. tomato, chopped
1/4 c. dry red wine
Hot cooked noodles

In skillet, quickly cook steak strips and onion in butter until tender. Add water and dry mushroom soup mix; simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Stir in tomato and wine; heat thoroughly. Serve over hot cooked noodles. Makes 4 servings.
