3 tubes refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (10 to a tube) 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. sugar Pecans TOPPING: 1 1/2 sticks butter 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. brown sugar Cut biscuits into 4 pieces each and roll in a mixture of the cinnamon and sugar. Grease an angel - food pan and put pecans in bottom of pan. Place biscuits in pan. Mix together butter, cinnamon and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and boil 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook. Pour over biscuits and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and turn pan upside down. |
