POTATO BAKE 
2 lb. hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. sour cream
1 can mushroom soup, creamed
12 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper

Mix in large bowl and pack in a 13 x 9 baking pan. Cover with crushed corn flakes. Cover with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake 20 minutes. Serves 8 people.
