SANDWICH 
How to make a sandwich out of whatever is in the refrigerator, with a few usually available ingredients by Pam. (I do a lot of this sort of thing.)

Bread
Onions
Sliced tomatoes if available
Salt & pepper
Mayonnaise or butter
Green peppers
Lettuce

Spread bread with mayonnaise or butter. Slice onions, green peppers and tomatoes. Salt and pepper. Add any sliced meat and (or) cheese, meatloaf, tuna fish, chopped meat mixture or hard-boiled eggs. The secret to this is really the sliced onions and green peppers, without which it just isn't the same. Some of my favorites are chopped liver or liverwurst, leftover pot roast, chicken or ham.
