ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
6 oz. pkg. corn chips
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 oz. can chili with beans
10 oz. can enchilada sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1 c. sour cream, save

Pour ingredients into a baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Spread 1 cup sour cream on top. Add extra shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake 5 more minutes.
