CHERRY ALMOND COFFEE SQUARES 
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 (21 oz.) cherry pie filling
1/4 c. water
3 eggs
1/4 c. slivered almonds

Heat oven to 350. Grease and flour 9x13 cake pan.

Mix sour cream, water, eggs and cake mix until moistened (will be slightly lumpy). Spread in pan; drop pie filling by spoonfuls onto batter in pan. Bake about 35 minutes or until cake springs back when touched. Cool; sprinkle with almonds and glaze (1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons milk, or what is needed for desired consistency).
