POTATO CASSEROLE 
32 oz. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix together and put in large casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. May top with crushed potato chips mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter prior to baking.
