1 1/4 c. milk
1 spearmint herb tea bag
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. egg plus 1 yolk from lg. egg
2 tbsp. butter, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. whipping cream
1 purchased 9" butter flavored pie crust
1 lb. ripe peaches, sliced in 1/4" wedges
1/4 c. apple jelly, melted
