SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE 
1 c. Crisco
2 c. white sugar
3 eggs, well-beaten
1 c. sour milk
1/2 tsp. baking soda
5 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream Crisco, sugar, eggs; add soda, salt, and baking powder alternately with milk and flour mixture. Add vanilla and stir in chocolate chips.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. If baked until brown, these will be dry. They will be white, but they are done.
