HOBO BREAD 
1 pkg. seedless raisins
3 c. boiling water
4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. flour

Soak raisins in boiling water and soda for six hours or overnight. Add remaining ingredients. Grease inside of 3 one-pound coffee cans and flour them inside before filling, about half full. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. It will rise above the can.
